How We Work Together
PROVEN MODEL
We provide technical support to enable community partners to offer high-quality Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam training and place candidates in licensed pathway positions in financial services. Our model is tailored to the needs of nontraditional learners and leads to high exam pass rates and job placement outcomes.
SUPPORT
We provide up to one year of support for your program alumni in licensed pathway roles in financial services. This includes coaching for advanced licensing exams (for example, the Series 7) and mentoring to help candidates acclimate to a new work environment.
NETWORK
We offer trainees and alumni access to a national community with industry connections, peer support and new job opportunities. We also provide a community of practice of training providers engaged in this work.
