TALENT PIPELINE
We connect financial institutions to a pipeline of vetted candidates from workforce development nonprofits, community colleges, and other educational pathways. These candidates have passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and have relevant prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial operations.
INCUMBENT WORKER TRAINING
We offer SIE preparation support for incumbent entry-level workers who are traditionally overlooked for licensed roles. Our program provides cohort support and individualized coaching to help candidates pass the exam and pursue promotions into licensed roles.
ON-THE-JOB SUPPORT
We also provide on-the-job coaching to candidates in our target population in licensed roles. We support candidates to acclimate to a new culture and pass advanced licensing exams.
